How do I go about transferring from another plan provider?
Our administration fees are amongst the lowest in the dental industry. In conjunction with this we pride ourselves on the personal service & attention you & your team will receive. Our office team have built a very close bond with all the dental practices we help.
Should you decide to switch, we will make the process seamless and effortless. You are in control & can choose from our options below:
- We will discuss with you the most appropriate approach & realistic timescale.
- We will assist you to produce in practice material to explain any changes.
- We will assist/advise you & create Private fee Scales for treatments.
- We will help design any changeover letter with your approval if you wish to send a communication to your patients to inform them of the changes.
- Print bespoke branded literature of your new plan (free of charge).
- Print application forms (free of charge)
When do I receive the money collected from my patients?
We collect direct debit payments from your customers on the 1st banking day of each month. You will then receive a detailed report for each dentist in your practice & the 15th banking day of each month. (both monthly and annual patient payments)
What happens with any non payments each month ?
Part of our service is to contact patients whose payment for whatever reason has not collected. We keep you & your practice team advised of any cancellations and follow up any non payers until the payment has been resolved.
With regards to any cancellation, we make a commitment to contact your reception team within the same day.
Are there any joining fees or hidden costs?
Simply put... NO. You have no fees to pay for joining & unlike some plan providers your patients do not pay a joining fee when they first sign up to your plan.
What plans can I offer to my patients?
You choose. We offer a variety of plans that you can implement to satisfy your financial needs and the patients' clinical needs. Dental Membership Plans / Full Capitation Plans / Childrens Plans / Student Plans / Hygiene Plan / Denture Plans We can assist with pricing & as ever full training for the practice team We collect Monthly or annually payments to satisfy your patients' preferences.
